We want to make sure you are as happy with your item as possible. In the unlikely event you are not thrilled with your jewelry ( or gifts) when it arrives, we will take care of you. We will try to find something else for you that you will love, or provide you with an authorization email so you can return the item .

Send the unworn item back to us within 30 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund minus any shipping charges (we will deduct $3 for any orders that were shipped with free first class shipping).
For Exchanges: We always offer free shipping on exchanges.
Return Shipping Label: You have 10 days from creating the return label for the package to be scanned / sent for the return to be accepted.

Processing times are different than shipping times. After the item is processed, the time the package takes to arrive, will depend on the selected shipping method.
